After meeting at Penn Station at the big tree, we began by walking a few blocks to the west. We hiked along the waterfront park areas to the north. Sometimes there are as many three parallel greenway trails along the Hudson, we did some of the inland stuff we've never done. We went through Fort Tryon Park, through Inwood Hills Park, and beyond toward Yonkers. We passed by Grant's Tomb. The return trip was via the subway.
